The value of design only exists when it's in relation to the other parts of a company's operations. Alone, design is a microworld of aesthetic high-fives. Integrated, design is a catalyst for interdisciplinary teaming, learning, and winning.

I have built out CloudBees’ research and product design practice from scratch, developing a market-leading suite of enterprise-grade products in the DevOps domain. We recently achieved over 100 million dollars in annual revenue.

at UserVoice (3 years)
Led the design and product management team behind the eminent customer feedback solution. We grew AAR from less than $1mm to $6mm during my tenure.

After EA acquired Weewar from me I joined them at their headquarters in California and helped grow a new studio from just 6 people into a ~40 strong team, delivering award-winning games and critical infrastructure.

I founded the company and launched the award-winning online multiplayer strategy game Weewar. Electronic Arts acquired the company and its loyal worldwide fanbase in 2009.
We bootstrapped Spreedly with a fully distributed International team. We set out to solve subscription-based billing but eventually pivoted to evolve into a payments orchestration platform. Spreedly closed its latest round at $75 Million in 2019 and has transacted over 20 billion dollars in 2020.
